About 2 minutes before the cyberbid was over I got a message that my bid was the lowest. Sent me over the moon, believe me! Anyway I know that people were going nuts smsing numbers in... and after getting that message I was one of them. My "winning bid" was between $16 and $18, and as I was SMSing, all of a sudden it said "Current winning bid is between $8 and $10". I figure the competition closed and the bids reset, so I bid in 1c and sure enough, I was the lowest unique bid.

Does this mean I won the competition? I've never won anything quite this size before, I thought I was going to get a SMS or phone call or something regarding who won and what the bid was.
bstapylton
bump...

It's the next day and I haven't gotten an SMS or phone call saying whether I won or not. When I sit it's on the edge of my seat and I didn't get much sleep las night.

Need someone to put me out of my misery.
DasBok
You would have heard via SMS or phone call by now if you had won me thinks.

The shack don't keep you waiting
bstapylton
I received word today that I was the winning bidder, so hooray!

Only 3 weeks to wait now, lol.
DasBok
Congratulations.

It feels good winning a big prize doesn't it?

Sure does mate.

The only other thing I've ever won was a "The Cougar" T-shirt. Nice shirt... but doesn't stand a chance against a Xbox360.

Now I just have to find a TV capture card, so I can play it on my 22" widescreen monitor smile.gif

You lucky SOB. I was trying to win that Xbox 360 pack.
DasBok
Haha! I won my Xbox360 from Atomic magazine on one of their get-to-geather nights!

Gratz on your win smile.gif
I've posted your name up in the Cyber Bid section, so it's all legit.

Hope you like the bundled games too. Don't forget to add you gamer tag to the forums if you're going to play online wink.gif

Thanks, Redman!

I'm going to love the games! Always been a racing fan... and a friend of mine says I'm going to love Perfect Dark Zero.

I've been playing his 360 yesterday and the day before to get a feel for Gears of War. You will be seeing me online for sure!
Only problem is I need to hook the 360 to my router, which is a long way from a TV tongue.gif
Not too far from my monitor though, but I will need to find a TV tuner card thing.
